I founded Swasthyam Wellness to share the wisdom of Ayurveda, Yoga & Indian cultural heritage. As a certified Ayurvedic Practitioner and Yoga teacher, I provide personalized treatments and practices to help you restore balance, improve vitality, and embrace a healthier lifestyle. Combining ancient Indian traditions with a compassionate, client-centered approach, I offer a calm, authentic, and empowering path to lasting well-being.

Checkout My Group Yoga Sessions at Neighboring Studios
Join me for a gentle, yet strengthening and balanced yoga session at our neighboring yoga studios in Mystic, CT. My classes welcome people with all levels of yoga experience and includes postures, breathwork, mantra chanting, meditation & short relaxation. The asana portion focuses linking breath with movement in the joint section, moments of holding strengthening postures and some flowing sequence sprinkled in. The classes are non heated. Two locations:
