    A session designed  or your unique constitution, imbalance and season integrating the principles of Ayurveda & Yoga to bring balance to promote your physical, mental and spiritual health. Ayurveda provides a framework for understanding the unique needs of each individual, while yoga offers a way to address those needs through specific postures and breathing techniques. 

  • Corporate Yoga

    Bring a more holistic practice into your workplace wellness and keep your employees strong, healthy and more productive. We will bring in postures, breathwork, meditation and other mindfulness practices to create a happier, more productive , healthier workforce, reduce stress and promote overall well-being.

Join me for a gentle, yet strengthening and balanced yoga session at our neighboring yoga studios in Mystic, CT. My classes welcome people with all levels of yoga experience and includes postures, breathwork, mantra chanting,  meditation & short relaxation. The asana portion focuses linking breath with movement in the joint section, moments of holding strengthening postures and some flowing sequence  sprinkled in. The classes are non heated.
